We’re here to empower Gen Z women in tech around the world to chase their dreams, whatever those dreams may look like:

No dream is too big or too small. We want every young woman to know that her goals in tech are possible.
And not just possible—we’re here to make those dreams achievable by giving her two essential things:
1️⃣ All the resources she needs to succeed.
2️⃣ A supportive community that truly has her back.
With 12,000+ members in our Discord and growing, we’re already making an impact. But this is just the beginning—we’re on our way to empowering hundreds of thousands of young women to explore tech careers, discover their passions, and feel deeply supported every step of the way. But how?

Mariah’s portfolio speaks volumes—from winning 1st place in McClatchy’s Subscriber Retention Pitch Competition with innovative AI-driven solutions to earning coveted titles like NXP Engineering Scholar and Goldman Sachs HBCU Scholar. She has also honed her skills as a Google Tech Equity Collective cohort member and a UX Design Fellow with the Black Venture Capitalist Consortium. Beyond her design genius, Mariah is on a mission to bridge the diversity gap in tech, creating inclusive spaces for underrepresented communities. We’re thrilled to have her on the team, turning big ideas into bold designs that inspire and empower! 🎨

Meet Jimena Rodríguez Sánchez, our inspiring Cloud Computing Educator!
With a wealth of experience as a web developer and instructor, Jimena is passionate about empowering others through technology. At Junior Achievement Costa Rica, she’s been a guiding light for students, teaching programming, web development, and cloud computing while preparing them for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Data Science Engineering at Fidélitas University and a Specialization in Software Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Jimena is always expanding her expertise to tackle new challenges. Beyond her technical brilliance, she’s a dedicated volunteer, serving as Vice President and Community Manager for Junior Achievement Costa Rica Alumni and mentoring young innovators to develop mobile apps that address global issues. We’re so excited to have Jimena on the team, sharing her knowledge and passion for the cloud! ☁️
