Mariah Williams is the brilliant mind behind the stunning visuals at CS Girlies as our Chief Designer! 

A 20-year-old Houston native, she’s currently pursuing her degree in Computer Science with a minor in Digital Media Arts at Prairie View A&M University. Mariah’s portfolio speaks volumes—from winning 1st place in McClatchy’s Subscriber Retention Pitch Competition with innovative AI-driven solutions to earning coveted titles like NXP Engineering Scholar and Goldman Sachs HBCU Scholar. She has also honed her skills as a Google Tech Equity Collective cohort member and a UX Design Fellow with the Black Venture Capitalist Consortium. Beyond her design genius, Mariah is on a mission to bridge the diversity gap in tech, creating inclusive spaces for underrepresented communities. We’re thrilled to have her on the team, turning big ideas into bold designs that inspire and empower! 🎨

Amarra Houraney is our phenomenal data science educator and an unstoppable ball of energy! 

Currently pursuing her Master of Science in Data Science and Analytics at Florida Atlantic University, Amarra is a powerhouse of technical expertise and creative brilliance. From building AI solutions for smart grids to designing cutting-edge machine learning models, her work is nothing short of inspiring. We’re beyond thrilled to have her on the team, bringing her spark to empower women in tech and make data science feel fun and approachable. Curious about machine learning or data science? Meet Jimena Rodríguez Sánchez, our inspiring Cloud Computing Educator!  

With a wealth of experience as a web developer and instructor, Jimena is passionate about empowering others through technology. At Junior Achievement Costa Rica, she’s been a guiding light for students, teaching programming, web development, and cloud computing while preparing them for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Data Science Engineering at Fidélitas University and a Specialization in Software Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Jimena is always expanding her expertise to tackle new challenges. Beyond her technical brilliance, she’s a dedicated volunteer, serving as Vice President and Community Manager for Junior Achievement Costa Rica Alumni and mentoring young innovators to develop mobile apps that address global issues. We’re so excited to have Jimena on the team, sharing her knowledge and passion for the cloud! ☁️
